Hannah Lansdon

Hannah B. Lansdon is a partner in the firm’s Business and Corporate Law practice. Hannah represents clients in the areas of securities, bond and bank finance, tax incentives, commercial real estate, and business law. She has experience serving as corporate and securities counsel in private securities offerings of over $2.5 million and has acted as bond counsel in the issuance or refinancing of over $600 million in Gulf Opportunity Zone bonds. Hannah has also advised clients in obtaining tax incentives on projects ranging from $11 million to $17.8 million in the Tuscaloosa area and has experience in representing buyers in multi-state, multi-party corporate acquisitions.
