Boutique law firm Campbell Guin has named Cason Kirby and Yawanna McDonald partners in its Birmingham office.
Kirby’s practice focuses on representing privately-held companies in all types of business disputes, including the representation of both creditors and debtors in complex bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, and restructurings. Through his practice, Cason counsels businesses on meeting their changing needs throughout each step in the litigation process.
McDonald’s practice focuses on the areas of commercial and business litigation, trust and estate litigation, and other general litigation matters representing both plaintiffs and defendants. In her trust and estate litigation practice, Yawanna represents small to multi-million dollar estates.
“Cason and Yawanna are great assets to our firm,” said Andy Campbell, managing partner of Campbell Guin. “Whether they are negotiating the sale of a start-up company or recovering trust assets for a beneficiary, clients know they can count on them to persevere through complex matters and achieve their goals.”
